Consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable law.

All returns must be initiated and processed exclusively via https://returns.packeta.com/. Returns sent outside this system may not be accepted or processed.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, or otherwise unsuitable for resale are not eligible for refund or exchange, except where required by law in the case of a valid defect claim.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
